The Highest Name of God and Other Names – An Excerpt from Satyarth Prakash

‘Aom’ is the highest name of God; it is composed of three letters, A, O, M. This one name comprises many other names of God. Thus, briefly —

‘A’ stands for Virat, Agni and Vishwa, etc.

‘O’ stands for Hiranyagarbha, Vayu and Taijas, etc.

‘M’ stands for Ishwara, Aditya and Prajna, etc.

It is clearly explaine3d in the Vedas and other true Sastras that wherever they treat of God; all these names stand for him.

There are no Gods. The multitude of names like Indra signify not different divine being, but different aspects of one Absolute Existence.
